Vayu Pravah

Vayu Pravah is a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tool based on OpenFOAM to model natural ventilation in buildings. The tool has been designed to help architects, building designers and HVAC consultants to map the natural ventilation potential of a building. The existing CFD tools available in the market are paid and expensive tools. Vayu Pravah is a first-of-its-kind tool to be developed which is freely available. The Vayu Pravah User Forum is a close community for the users of the tool that provides the basics of using Vayu Pravah, enables discussions and addresses users’ queries.
