BEEP’s New Website is a Resource Hub on EETC

Happy New Year!

We are starting 2021 with some exciting news. We have just launched the new version of the website with a vision of making resources on energy efficient and thermally comfortable (EETC) building design easier to find and access.

Since it’s inception, BEEP has been a forerunner in developing resources on energy efficient building design as well as ensuring that essential industry-specific information and networks are available to students, professionals, and other stakeholders. What sets our new website apart from other similar sources is our focus on India specific information while also incorporating learnings and best practices from Switzerland and other countries.

You can easily find the resources section on the homepage, leading you to an array of neatly segregated information on Eco-Niwas Samhita, energy conservation building code, design guidelines, tools and technologies, building science curricula, and case studies. You will also find compilation of ‘Events’ ‘Updates’ and “News”, all of which is designed to help you stay up-to-date on what is happening in the field of EETC building design in India.

A unique feature which stands out from the old website is the separate sections on commercial and residential building design, which can guide you when you start designing your building. The section also helps you access various publications, which can be used as a reference during the design process.

The new website also allows you to launch directly into our Youtube page to view curated videos on various topics on this subject. You can likewise use the website to visit our other social media handles: Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

On behalf of the BEEP team, I would like to welcome you to our new website. Hope you will be staying for some time to explore all the new features.

While you are here, don’t forget to follow us on our social media handles and do stayed connected with us to be updated on all things EETC building design.
